The Levitate Your Summer Giveaway (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on [June 12, 2026] and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on June 24, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion contains a game of chance (“Sweepstakes”). The computer clock of the Sponsor (defined below) is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.

ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of LEVITATE HOLDING LLC (“Sponsor”) and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, fulfillment, and marketing agencies (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling, and spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in states not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule, or regulation. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION

There are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period:

1. SMS ENTRY: Text the keyword WIN to (833) 987-5498 from a valid U.S. mobile phone number. By texting WIN, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing SMS messages from Levitate. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help.

2. ONLINE ENTRY: Visit levitatebrand.com/pages/levitate-your-summer-giveaway and complete and submit the entry form with your name and mobile phone number during the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method. Duplicate or multiple entries will be disqualified. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on June 24, 2026 to be eligible. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

Entries generated by a script, macro, or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, garbled, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for technical, electronic, hardware, software, network, or data transmission errors or malfunctions of any kind.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING / ODDS

On or about June 26, 2026, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and select One (1) Grand Prize winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential prize winner will be notified by SMS to the mobile number used to enter, within 24 hours following winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. The potential winner will have 48 hours to respond to the winning notification before forfeiting their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, is ineligible, or otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from remaining eligible entries. The potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 14 days of date of issuance. Failure to return the completed forms within the required time period will result in forfeiture of the prize. Potential winner becomes the “Winner” only after verification of eligibility by the Sponsor.

PRIZES / PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded during the Promotion, consisting of:

  • 3-Night Coastal Lodging - Private coastal accommodation for four (4) guests

  • VIP Festival Experience - Four (4) premium VIP tickets to The Levitate Music Festival 2026

  • Levitate Flagship Store Shopping Spree & Dinner for Four (4) - Includes $500 Levitate gift card and $100 food & beverage voucher

  • Exclusive VIP Kickoff Party - Event entry for four (4) guests

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize Package is $11,066.00.

GRAND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Travel to and from The Levitate Music Festival is not included in the prize package and is the sole responsibility of the winner. Actual prize value depends on the location of the winner’s residence. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Prize is non-transferable and has no cash equivalent. Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. If any portion of the prize is not available for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion with a prize of comparable or greater value. Winner must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18) and must complete and return a publicity and liability release within [X] days of date of issuance. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not listed herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.

TAX INFORMATION

All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner. Levitate will cover up to $2,750.00 in applicable taxes on behalf of the winner. Any remaining tax liability beyond this amount is the winner’s responsibility. A Form 1099-MISC (preceded by a W-9 Form) will be issued to the Grand Prize winner if required by applicable law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Each winner hereby expressly grants to the Promotion Parties and their respective designees all rights to use and publish his/her name, likeness, voice, and state of residence for advertising, marketing, promotional, and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by applicable law.

The Promotion Parties reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time without notice for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors impair the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, prizes will be awarded from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received prior to cancellation.

In the event of a discrepancy between any Promotion materials and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control. Entries generated by a script, macro, or automated means will be disqualified. The Promotion Parties’ decisions are final, binding, and non-appealable in all respects.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

The Promotion Parties assume no responsibility or liability for (a) lost, late, stolen, undelivered, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misdirected, or damaged entries; (b) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information or faulty electronic data transmissions; (c) any unauthorized access to or theft or alteration of entries; (d) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, or defect in any equipment, system, network, server, or provider utilized in any aspect of the Promotion; or (e) any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s device related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion.

CONDUCT

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promotion Parties, which are final, binding, and non-appealable. The Promotion Parties reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the participation process or acting in any manner deemed by the Promotion Parties to be in violation of the Official Rules, disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, and to void all associated entries. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and the Promotion Parties reserve the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

RELEASES

All participants, as a condition of participation, agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Promotion Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, or actions of any kind for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with (i) participation in any aspect of the Promotion, (ii) the receipt, ownership, or use of any prize awarded, (iii) participant’s registration or entry information, or (iv) any typographical or other error in these Official Rules.

GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION

By entering or participating in the Promotion, you agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims that arise out of or relate to the Promotion. You and the Promotion Parties waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. All issues concerning the construction, validity, and enforcement of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflicts of law rules.

PRIVACY

Information collected for this Promotion is used only for Promotion administration and winner notification and will not be sold or shared by the Promotion Parties with any third party except as noted in these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to all terms and conditions of the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://levitatebrand.com/pages/privacy. In the event of a discrepancy between the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control.
