Refund policy

Online orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding hardgoods like surfboards, skateboards, wetsuits, etc. Outside of 30 days, online orders can be exchanged, or can be returned for full store credit! Any purchases made around the Holiday season/given as a gift (don’t worry, we’re pretty understanding) can be returned within 14 days of December 25.  Returns are also accepted at any physical Levitate location.
